Mmm. If we need a conduit to African supplies, I wonder whether Kingsley might possibly be able to help, then. I'll suggest to Arthur that he send him a coded owl--but warn him that he mustn't try helping if there would be any chance it would blow his cover or there's any risk of his getting caught or killed.
