I am having trouble tracking down two: Ivy Lovell and...a baby named Sirius. Sirius Maxwell.

Merlin, how could the parents dare name him that?

Kingsley, are you available? I think I could break away tomorrow in the afternoon, so let's try for Gillian. We can make contact with Heather Flockton's parents on Saturday. And then, I suppose, we'll just keep working our way down the list. Who else is in? Speak up, there are plenty of babies for all.

I hope we do find him. If only because I would give my eyeteeth to see a young Sirius playing with a young Bellatrix in the nursery at Moddey Dhoo!

I saw this and started laughing so hard I spilled tea out of my nose. Rosier poked his head round his office door to find out why I was laughing so hard.

Naturally, I didn't tell him.

But I agree with Arthur ... how could they have been so foolish (and, well, daft!) as to name the boy that?

Unless it's like that Lee child from last year, Arthur, and they call him something else in company?

Perhaps it really is a family name.

But it does seem quite odd. I think anyone with a name like that in the family, even if it went back several generations, would think twice about using it now.
